A beautiful vintage stainless steel chef knife by Henckels from the late 1930s or 40s. The handle is in near perfect condition and the blade is almost unused. I sharpened the blade and cleaned it up a bit but otherwise it’s in as found condition. A very good example of an early forged stainless kitchen knife by one of the best and longest lasting companies in Solingen Germany.
